The Bernie Kraft Memorial Research Fund at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem was established by the Kraft family in May 2018 to honour the memory of a beloved husband and father. Bernie will always be remembered for his warm and generous spirit, his affable smile and easy-going personality.
The Kraft fund will be supporting the cutting age research being done at Hebrew University’s newly established Multidisciplinary Center for Cannabinoid Research. (http://cannabinoids.huji.ac.il).
The Center serves as one of the world’s leading institutes for conducting and coordinating research about cannabinoids, endocannabinoids and medical Cannabis. In addition, it will promote collaboration and disseminate information.
Bernie’s son, Michael Kraft has fond memories of his time spent on the one-year program in 1984, studying at The Rothberg International School in Jerusalem.
